How do I find the Voicemail PIN?
A voicemail pin will be required to listen to your voicemail messages via the deskphone or if you want to change the standard outgoing voicemail message for User voicemail or Group voicemail
The voicemail pin for your Group will be the pin for the User who is the Administrator for that Group
This guide will show you how to find a Users Voicemail Pin and how to identify your group administrator, so you can find the Group voicemail pin:

If the Administrator is a specified User, click on the blue person icon
This will take you straight to the User's General tab where you will see the Authentication PIN (Voicemail PIN)
NOTE: If you are sharing a group pin, it is best practice to have a Generic User set as the administrator, that way, anyone in the group can access the voicemails for the group only - see our Generic User for Group Voicemail guide
