You can create new Groups for both internal and external calls, and manage the members of the Group, through the Service Delivery Console.

Adding Groups

Once created, Group information and members can be changed by editing the details in the Group table through the Service Delivery Console.

Editing Groups - Adding/Removing Group Members

If you no longer require a Group, removing the Group Members and any short dial number will remove it from the User Console.
