How to access the Service Delivery Console to add and manage Users, Groups, Calendars, and to create the actions taken through call flows.

How do I access the Service Delivery Console?

To make the most out of Surgery Connect, we need to know about your team: the people (Users), the phones you’re going to use (Extensions), how to filter your calls (Groups), how your surgery works (Calendar), and how you want to bring it all together (Numbers and Call Flow). This is all accessed through the Service Delivery Console (SDC)

Step by step guide


Accessing the Service Delivery Console

  1. Log in to Surgery Connect - sso.x-onweb.com - with your NHS email address and Surgery Connect password

  2. Select the Service Delivery Console

  3. Don't forget - if you are already logged into a Surgery Connect console, you can navigate to any other console quickly by using the Menu, next to your initials

  4. Or; Click on the arrow in your toolbar to see the hidden icons

    Right click on the Surgery Connect Logo and select Launch Consoles. This will open up the selected console in a new window for you


Service Delivery Console Menu

  1. At the top of the page you will see five menus (Users, Extensions, Groups, Calendars and Numbers) to allow you to access the different areas of the Service Delivery Console

  2. The menus are repeated on the page in boxes further down the main page

    Select the area you would like to see either via the menus at the top or by clicking on the Manage button in the box
