Report Portal Landing Page - NHS 8 Metrics search parameters update - Released 29/07/2024

We have added search parameters to the Report Portal Landing page

These times are the start and end times for the day not the start and end times of the overall report

To select your Start and End times either click on the box and type in your timings or,

click on the clock icon and scroll up and down the hour and minute columns and click on your preferred times


Feature Report - Q Position Webpage Statistics - Released 29/07/2024

The Queue Position Webpage report allows you to see how many Q Pos SMS have been sent to patients over a time period

You select the time period you wish to report on using the Date Selector

There will be a “Showing X to X of X entries” overview at the bottom left of the table and pagination to the bottom right

The URL Activity section will show how many clicks each of your embedded links received which will help you understand which links your patients are most interested in

SSO Landing Page - Released 26/06/2024

We have added a Remember Me tick box to the SSO login, which will keep a user logged in for 4 days

We have made security changes so if you log in from another IP address, for example, you are working abroad, or you have a "bad" password you will be required to take action

We have also updated the Landing page, replaced the initials of the portals with icons and removed the webpage addresses, replacing them with a brief description of the portal instead

You can now change your password from the SSO burger menu,

Or, from any of the Surgery Connect console burger menus


Phonebar Download

We have now added a tile to the SSO Landing Page for you to download the Phonebar, if you have not yet installed it


Service Delivery Console - Landing page

We are working on updating our Consoles and the Service Delivery Console has a fresh new look

The Manage Users page has also been updated


Patient Callback enhancements

You can decide whether to announce the Queue Position to the patient or withhold this information. The default is On so you need to select Off if you do not want your callers to know where they are in the queue

In addition, we have changed the word 'Voluntary' to 'On'

Check and Cancel Enhancements - Released 19/06/2024

Following customer feedback we have made two changes to the Check and Cancel (EMIS feature

Check and Cancel Block

We have added a third output to the Check and Cancel block as No Appointments Found is not necessarily a fail, if a patient calls to check they have no upcoming appointments and the system confirms this, it is not a Fail

Check and Cancel Report - Released 26/06/2024

We have amalgamated the Check and Cancel Stats and Check and Cancel Overview Report to provide one concise report containing all the relevant feature usage

Report Portal - Released 29/04/2024

The Report Portal has a new Landing Page

The Landing Page contains details of metrics included the NHS 8 Metrics required by the GP Contract

Group Summary Report Landing Page - Released 04/09/2024

When you select Group Overview you will see a landing page

By default, the Landing Page will display data for Group Queue Activity, Group Queue Duration and Patient Callback Analysis for a period of 7 days. From here you can select a custom range and choose which Group(s), services, time parameters and weekdays and export the data as required

Personalised Call Routing Report - Released 09/10/2024

A new report has been added to the Feature Reports area of the Reports Portal, to allow you to monitor the activity of any Call Routing Blocks within your service

This report offers a Routing Block Overview, which provides a breakdown of the activity for each Routing Block

Below this, Call by Call Activity is displayed. From here, you can export the call data as a CSV file

User Status and Wallboard Display Enhancements - Released 11/11/2024

We have standardised the User Status and Call State colours, to improve consistency across our Consoles

User Permissions in the Service Delivery Console - Released 02/12/2024

Via a checkbox in the Users tab in the Service Delivery console, you are able to set Permissions for individual Users for the following:

  • Ability to access call recordings for calls they were not an active participant of

  • Ability to access Patient photos they were not the recipient of

  • Ability to send chargeable SMS from the Phonebar

You are also able to view whether a User has logged in or not

As default, these Permissions will be ticked for all Users. Changes to User access will need to be made in order to restrict access

Queue Position Webpage Enhancements - Released 02/12/2024

We have made a series of enhancements to the Queue Position Webpage, to improve your ability to communicate necessary information to your Patients. These include:

Implementation of a Character Counter on both the Title and Content boxes

Increased character count for the Content Field, allowing up to 1,000 characters

Default Webpage text to be displayed in the Service Delivery Console

Improvements to Webpage Layout and Design

SSO Selection - Released 02/12/2024

We have added a Profile Dropdown to the SSO Application Selection Menu and the Service Delivery Console, as part of an enhancement that will eventually see this development added to all Consoles

Clicking on your initials now provides you with the option to Manage Account and Logout, as well as select the Service you wish to be logged in to

The available services are displayed in an alphabetical list, with the Service you are logged into displayed at the top (regardless of alphabetisation). This can display up to 5 Services at any time - for Users with more than 5 available Services these will be displayed with a scrollbar
